Why the name Sinister Cinnamon you ask? Because it is dangerously fantastic! Great by itself or to be even more “sinister,” mix 1/3 Sinister Cinnamon and 2/3 Apple Pie Moonshine and make a Hot Apple Pie!

Our Apple Pie Moonshine is made with a corn-based spirit, fresh New York State Apple Juice, and Apple Cider; and our own special touch! Close your eyes and you will think you are drinking Grandma’s Apple Pie. This is a favorite jar to pass around the campfire or any event where family and friends gather.

This is a spirit from the Liberty line of flavors. Refreshing and crisp, yet not too sweet! It is a pleasure to drink alone, or the mixing options are endless. Its name was born on a summer night at the lake when this spirit was mixed with some ginger ale. On the path to delivering this drink there was a raspberry bush full of berries. After picking a few berries and tossing them in, the recipient asked, “What is this amazing drink called?” Razzberry Bush of course!!

Liberty is distilled at 182 proof. Just short of true vodka for a reason. Vodka must be distilled at 190 proof which makes it odorless and tasteless. Our Liberty is very clean but also allows for a perfect balance of clear spirit and just the right amount of flavor to “shine” through. Liberty makes for a great base for almost any drink. The house favorite is “The Bloody Knuckle.”

At 80 proof this is a mellow “whiskey” that is smooth and easy to drink!  Locally grown and charred White American Oak gives it that beautiful golden amber color and smooth mellow flavor! Perfect on its own or add it to your favorite mixer for that special added taste!

Our Rye Spirit will challenge the best rye lovers. The process from start to finish is carried out with special attention to detail.  We hand select our rye and grind to it to the perfect consistency to be able to extract the heart of the grain, providing an exceptional taste profile. We then use our own proprietary way of oaking. This offers the perfect balance; allowing the Rye flavor to shine through with the amazing flavors provided by the American Oak we use from right here in the Finger Lakes.  Even if you think you are not a rye lover. This award-winning recipe was used by “The Undertaker” to win the title of Master Distiller on Discovery Channels Moonshiners Master Distiller American Whiskey Episode. It is made from New York State corn, barley, rye, and triticale. Very few distillers are using the grain triticale. We think it is an amazing grain and will soon be as well-known as rye or barley.
